Refund policy

Return period: 100 days
You have 100 days to return your order. Within this period, you can request a return at any time.

We like to keep things simple. In many cases, you won’t need to send anything back. Only for larger orders or when we need to inspect an issue, we may ask you to return the product. You’ll receive a prepaid return label from us, so you never have to pay upfront.

How it works

  1. Request your return
    Email us at info@agletless.nl and tell us what you’d like to return.
  2. Receive a return label (if needed)
    We’ll email you the label. You can print it yourself or have it printed at a drop-off location.
  3. Drop off the package
    Bring the package to a drop-off point near you.
  4. Get your refund
    Once we receive it, we process your refund within 4 to 7 business days. Or we’ll ship a replacement.
