Elastic shoelaces

What tools do I need?

Scissors and optionally a lighter (to seal cut ends on some variants).

How much should I cut off?

Wear and test first; then cut 1–2 cm at a time until the fit feels right.

Too tight on the instep?

Lace 1–2 eyelets looser or redistribute the tension; if needed, leave them slightly longer.

Too loose at the heel?

Simply increase the tension at the instep.

Closure opens during sports?

Choose clips or a capsule (more secure).

Reinstall on other shoes?

Yes. Open the closure → transfer the laces → adjust again.

Not possible with the capsule.
